Strength & Conditioning Training

Based on the anthropometric, motor skill, biochemical and psychological assessments a training program is provided.


For adults, the Strength and Conditioning trainer structures an individualized training program with the goal to develop each athlete’s specific motor and physical skills, according to the demands of the sport and the specific needs of each athlete.

Athletes
For children and youth athletes an individualised training program based on the Long-Term Athlete Development (LTAD) model is designed to optimize sporting talent towards senior level, creating a path of development from grassroots youth sport to elite professional sport. As such there is a proper management of youth and adolescent growth and development processes, while the critical periods of accelerated adaptation to training are identified.
