Dr. Eleanna Chalari is an exercise physiologist/biochemist.

She studied at Coventry University, in the United Kingdom, in the field of Sport and Exercise Science. She continued her postgraduate studies in Sports Biomechanics at Liverpool John Moores University and obtained her PhD from the University of Hull, specialising in exercise physiology and biochemistry.

She is certified in personal training, exercise prescription, as well as physical activity for weight management in obese and diabetic patients.

Dr. Chalari is an active researcher as a postdoctoral researcher and scientific associate in Greek University.

She is also employed in higher education as a Lecturer and Academic Director for undergraduate programs in Sports, Exercise Science and Physical Education and she has held the position of Head of School of Health and Sport Sciences.

She is a member of the Hellenic Society of Biochemistry and Exercise Physiology, as well as the British Association of Sports and Exercise Sciences (BASES).

She is also accredited as an Anti-Doping Adviser (UKAD) and a BASES Certified Exercise Practitioner from the United Kingdom.
