Tzatzaki Theodora is a graduate from the Department of Physical Education and Sport Science at the Democritus University of Thrace with a major in tennis.
She holds a Master's degree (MSc) and a Doctorate from the University of Thessaly, specializing in Sport and Exercise Psychology.
She was an athlete in Taekwondo with many Panhellenic victories in her assets. She has also represented Greece in European Championships.
Nowadays she collaborates with GRAFTS (Greek Athletic & Fitness Training School), a private training provider in the field of Fitness in Greece and Cyprus as a training manager in the Field of Exercise Psychology and Health Behaviors.
In the field of competitive sports, she has been giving speeches and seminars for a decade to athletes, coaches and parents throughout Greece and collaborates with athletes at an individual level who have achieved important Panhellenic, Pan-European and International distinctions.
